Shipping & Delivery Policy – Virsa by Faisalabad

Expected Delivery Time

  • Domestic (Pakistan):

    • Unstitched: 3–5 working days.

    • Stitched: 20–25 working days.

    • Custom Stitching: Additional 7 working days (for lining or specialized customization).

  • International:

    • All Orders: 25–30 working days.

Shipping Charges

  • Pakistan: Free Shipping on all orders.

  • International: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.

Courier Partners We trust only the best services to deliver your parcels safely:

  • Local: Leopards, TCS, PostEx, FastEx.

  • International: DHL, SkyNet (varies by region).

Order Processing

  • Stitched Orders: All stitched items (except Ready-to-Wear) are made-to-order. Production starts immediately after order confirmation.

  • Unstitched Orders: Processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours.

Payment Methods

  • Pakistan: Cash on Delivery (COD) & Bank Transfer.

  • Custom/Stitched Orders: Partial or Full Advance payment is required.

Delivery Restrictions

  • Currently, we do not ship to India or Bangladesh due to regional logistics restrictions.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a Tracking ID.

  • Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not receive the email in your inbox.

Customs & Duties (International Orders Only)

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery to release the parcel.
